From October 2 to 5, Puig’s Love Brand Jean Paul Gaultier participated in LES DEUXMAINS DU LUXE at the Grand Palais. The House has been a member of the Comité Colbert since 2023 and joined over thirty of France’s most prestigious luxury maisons at this major event organized by the Comité Colbert. Dedicated to showcasing and sharing exceptional craftsmanship, the exhibition invited visitors to step inside the creative world of artisans - to see, touch, and understand the behind-the-scenes world of luxury.
As a Maison of haute couture, Jean Paul Gaultier's atelier revealed one of its most iconic creations: the corset. Titled ‘Le corset sous toutes ses coutures’, the workshop led visitors through every stage of its creation, from the initial sketch to the finished garment. More than a demonstration, it was an immersion into the creative process – allowing visitors to understand how vision, technique, and emotion come together in a garment that is both structure and symbol. Alongside the artisans, HR representatives from Jean Paul Gaultier were also present, encouraging dialogue and fostering meaningful exchanges between creators and participants.
Marking its fifth edition, LES DEUXMAINS DU LUXE is a landmark celebration of French luxury and savoir-faire. Every year, the event features hands-on workshops, technical demonstrations, and thematic districts covering fashion, leather, jewelry, home décor, gastronomy, perfumes, and cosmetics. And, in partnership with Le Monde, a program of conferences, masterclasses, and debates provided insights into creativity, the future of luxury professions, and professional pathways.
